Gennesaret Free Clinic's Wellness Center at the Blue Triangle
Gennesaret Free Clinic provides competent, accessible and compassionate health care services to the needy. The center focuses on men and women's health issues in addition to health education and prevention, management of diabetes, hypertension, asthma and general infections. The center is staffed by a nurse practitioner. All services are provided free of charge to qualified clients.

HealthNet Community Health Centers
HealthNet operates five primary care (FQHC) health centers in underserved Indianapolis neighborhoods: the Martindale Brightwood Health Center, Southeast Health Center, Barrington Health Center, People's Health Center and Southwest Health Center. Currently, HealthNet serves more than 30,000 people per year, most of whom fall below the federal poverty level. HealthNet serves more than 4,000 homeless persons through the Homeless Initiative Program, more than 300 women through the Better Indy Babies program, delivers more than 1,100 babies each year through the state's largest midwife program and operates seven school-based clinics within Indiana Public Schools.

Shalom Health Care Center, Inc.
Shalom is an accessible, community-based, low cost provider of comprehensive health care services for persons unable to afford or access traditional health care services. In addition to to its community primary care clinic, Shalom also operates three school-based clinics within Indianapolis Public Schools.

St. Francis Neighborhood Clinic
St. Francis Clinic is part of the St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers system. The clinic's objectives are to increase the availability of health services to the uninsured and thereby improve overall health, to ensure adequate prenatal care through appropriate referrals to the St. Francis Family Practice Center and to provide prevention and wellness services.

St. Vincent Primary Care Center
The St. Vincent Primary Care Center (PCC) is a multi-specialty practice of over 100 physicians specializing in pediatrics, women's health, family medicine and internal medicine. The PCC also offers sub-specialty clinics including adolescent medicine, sports medicine, general and orthopedic surgery, and asthma. Additional services available at the PCC include children's immunizations, prenatal care coordination, social services, WIC and legal services.

Wishard Clinics
The Wishard clinics include a Primary Care Center and six Community Health Centers, located throughout the neighborhoods of Indianapolis. Services at these locations are provided by Indiana University Medical Group/Primary Care. Services include physical exams, lab testing, pregnancy testing, social work, immunizations, pre-natal care, family planning, WIC services, nutritional counseling classes for new parents, adolescent care and health services, and mammography.
