Mission Statement
The mission of the diversity council of the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County is to promote respect for diversity and advise and assist decision makers in fulfilling the corporation's commitment to diversity.

The mission will be achieved by our commitment to:

• champion diversity.
• educate others to understand and appreciate the value of a diverse society.
• devise and recommend systems and processes needed to strengthen the channels of communication between all parties.
• promote and support those programs, policies and activities that create an inclusive environment.
• respect and value differences as an enriching and valuable experience.
