MINIMUM STARTING PAY: $17.91 Business Administrator - Bell Flower Clinic The business administrator is responsible for the daily, efficient, legal, and compliant operation of the Bell Flower clinic including its cost effectiveness, quality assurance program, business flow analysis and supervision of the support staff. Typical duties include facility management; the hiring, training supervision and evaluation of support staff including the resource specialist, data entry and intake staff, assuring their competency; the development and implementation of quality improvement indicators, the periodic analysis of process flow to ensure the delivery of the highest quality services; and coordination of the needs of the various divisions of STD program operations. Requirements: A Bachelor�s in Business and/or computer sciences with complementary work the other field. A Masters in a related field is preferred. A minimum of two years supervisory experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the health care field is preferred. |

MINIMUM STARTING PAY: $17.91 Clinic Nurse - Adolescent School Based Performs nursing services as a health team member in Pediatric, Adolescent, OB/GYN, Family Planning, and/or School-Based Clinics. Provides health education and patient counseling to control and prevent disease, and promote optimum health and well being of clients, to include adhering to all laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Requirements: Completion of a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from a NLN approved program for registered nurses. Previous clinical experience as a professional, registered nurse is preferred. Must have a valid Indiana driver's license. Bilingual skills are helpful but not required! |

Responsibilities include the development of criteria to ensure compliance with environmental health codes, safety ordinances and public health regulations. A Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Environmental Health, Public Health or closely related area preferred. Valid Indiana driver's license required. |

MINIMUM STARTING PAY: $13.13 Family Support Specialist - Healthy Families This position is responsible for working with and supporting families identified as being at risk. Perform intensive home visitation services that focus on promoting positive parent/child interaction, bonding and attachment, and healthy child development. Educate parent on child development. Design and implement activities with parent designed to promote healthy childhood growth and development. Systematically assess the ongoing needs of families and refer to appropriate community resources. Document all interactions with families in a centralized database. One to three years of previous experience working with families and children (0-3 years of age) preferred. Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, child development, family studies or related field required. |

MINIMUM STARTING PAY: $14.86 Graphic Assistant - Public Relations Under general supervision, the assistant plans, designs, revises, develops, coordinates and produces the corporation's graphic design items. The assistant analyzes and creates visual solutions to communications problems. Finds the effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, and photography. Develops the overall layout and production design of newsletters, brochures, advertising ads, promotional materials, fliers and forms. Applies corporate communication strategies in the design and layout by considering the cognitive, cultural, physical and social factors in planning and executing to the key target audience. Gathers relevant information by meeting clients, other designers and performs necessary research. Identifies the needs of the community. Works with the director of communication and the Visual/Creative Communications Manager as projects are assigned to do design work, photography, and revisions of brochures, fliers and forms. The PR/graphic assistant works with the Visual/creative Communications Manager in conceptualizing and executing the corporations graphic design projects on schedule and within the proposed budget. Generates many new ideas and searches for new and effective methods. Helps others in creative thinking and brain storming processes. Strong understanding of printing techniques and the machine/equipment used to create various printing methods including inks. Assist department staff in duties consisting of special event planning, media relations, publication writing, web-design, social media campaigns, media buying and corporate internal communications. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in public relations or graphic design. A minimum of four years work experience in both graphic design and public relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle public contacts with courtesy. Ability to maintain calm and courteous demeanor when there are complex problems and competing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience in a fast-pace health environment a plus. Experience with public relations procedures, event planning, writing, special events and website design. Photography experience needed. Must have ability to quickly understand the scope of the Corporation and its mission and divisions. Extensive computer skills in Adobe photo-shop, Adobe illustrator, freehand, Quark Express, Word, Excel, Power-point (PC and MAC literate). |

MINIMUM STARTING PAY: $44.57 Medical Director Administrator - Infectious Disease Directs all aspects of Communicable Disease (Infection Control, Hepatitis, enteric and viral pathogens, etc.) and Immunizations Control in Marion County including medical, epidemiological, and legal aspects. Provides consultative services in areas of Communicable Diseases (including Infection Control, HIV/AIDS, STD, Immunizations, Public Health Emergency Preparedness, TB, Foreign Born Services to internal (MCHD) and external (physicians, hospitals, the media, the public, schools, etc.) contacts. Qualified candidates should have a doctorate of medicine degree or equivalent with additional study in the area of infectious diseases, with five to eight years experience in the practice of medicine and some supervisory experience. |

Requirements: must be knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures and systems; ability to type 50 wpm with low error rate; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access; high school diploma or equivalent required (an advanced degree is highly desired) and one to two years of previous office coordination experience. |

MINIMUM STARTING PAY: $17.91 Smoking Cessation Specialist - Indiana Tobacco Prevention Coordinate the smoking cessation services provided by Marion County Tobacco Control Partnership-funded personnel in fourteen neighborhood health centers. Responsible for promoting the health and well being of community residents by providing smoking cessation education services to patients on an as needed basis. Develops policies, procedures, and guidelines relative to smoking cessation. Serves as a consultant to physicians, public health nurses, hospital personnel, nursing home personnel, correctional institutions, schools, and the general public in matters related to smoking cessation. Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse or a respiratory Therapist or Certified Health Education Specialist; valid Indiana driver's license and access to a car, travel in county requires personal transportation. |
