Victim Advocacy

Victims of violence often find themselves suddenly thrust in the middle of a criminal justice system that can be confusing and exhaustive. Legacy House provides victim advocacy throughout the criminal justice process by informing victims of their rights, providing information on the criminal justice process, accompanying victims (when needed) through the criminal justice process and making inquiries on behalf of the victim when necessary.
