Health Department to Hold Free H1N1 Clinic Jan. 7

The Marion County Health Department will offer a free public H1N1 vaccination clinic on Thursday, January 7 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Primo South Banquet Hall and Conference Center, 2615 National Avenue.

This is the first clinic for the general public sponsored by the Marion County Health Department. Previous clinics have been reserved for those in the at-risk group.

Those planning on attending the clinic can fill out their consent forms in advance by printing the form from www.mchd.com under the H1N1 link. The form is available in English and Spanish.

There is no charge for this clinic and it is open to the general public.
