INDIANAPOLIS - Blacks are disproportionately affected by all stages of HIV and AIDS, and it is slowly becoming an epidemic within the community, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Collaborative partners include: Brothers United, Forest Manor Multi-Service Center, Gilead Sciences, Indiana State Department of Health, Indianapolis Urban League, Marion County Health Department and Radio-One.
