Marion County Health Department to Offer H1N1 Vaccinations February 18
The Marion County Health Department will hold a public H1N1 clinic at the Perry Township Administration Building, 6548 Orinoco Avenue, on Thursday, February 18. The clinic will run from 4 to 7 p.m.
There will be no charge for the clinic and anyone who has not received an H1N1 vaccination or any children nine years old and younger needing their second dose of H1N1 vaccine are encouraged to attend the clinic.
Those planning on attending the clinic can fill out their consent forms in advance by printing the form from www.mchd.com under the H1N1 link. The form is available in English and Spanish.
There is no charge for this clinic and it is open to the general public.
